They are electrical panels of last generation, available both in the secure version and in the version of sealing to the inner arc, for nominal currents of 400A – 630A and with a nominal voltage of 24kV. The typology of the appliances is totally in SF6 gas for switch disconnectors / IMS line (new appliance GSec of ABB production), and gas SF6 (switch type HD4 of ABB production) or vacuum (switch type VD4 of ABB production) for the switches. The EsaMET’s series was subjected to tests (normalized pulse) into testing room, and it had obtained the certification referred to the IEC 694 and IEC 298 at the laboratories ABB SACE.

They are electrical panels of protected type made for nominal currents of 400A – 630A – 800A – 1250A and with a nominal voltage of 24 kV.The typology of the electrical panels AirMET is mixed type, with switch disconnector disconnector of line (ABB production) of the type “rotary on-air” and with switch (it is also of ABB production) of the type gas SF6 (HD4) or vacuum (VD4).The AirMET’s series was subjected to tests of the type (normalized pulse) into testing room , and then it had obtained the certification referred to IEC 694 and IEC 298 at the Department of Electrical Engineering of the University of Padua and at the laboratories ABB SACE.

TGI is a new concept of integrated switch disconnector that offer this main characteristic:

It install an insulated appliance in air which interrupts vacuum-sealed and sections in the air, without use of any gas. The TGI consider much more in consideration all aspects of the safety for the operator: it prevents errors in the sequence of the maneuvers and intelligently interacts with who performs them.It is made for nominal currents of 630 A and 1250 A and nominal voltage of 24kV, in compliance to the standards IEC 62271-100 and CEI 17-1. Dimensions: 500 x 975 x 1950 mm. The TGI is simple, it is equipped with mechanisms rationalized and devoid of complex commands, although complying with all the functional aspects and security.The TGI reproposes the safety of visible sectioning and respects the requested sequence of operations explicitly in the technical specifications of many institutions consumption and considering by these not eliminable:
1. open the circuit breaker
2. open the switch disconnector
3. close the earth

This sequence is concretised in TGI with an innovative method and a unique appliance. The TGI is compact and lightweight, inasmuch the vacuum-sealed interruption was combined with the sectioning in air , without use of SF6, in compliance of the Kyoto’s Protocol and ISO 14000.

They are protected switchboards made for nominal currents of 400A – 630A – 800A – 1250A and a rated voltage of 36kV. The type of AIRMET 36 kV switchboards is equipped with type SF6 gas switch disconnector (production SAREL) and SF6 gas type (HD4) or empty (VD4) circuit breaker (ABB production). The AIRMET 36 kV range has been subjected to type tests (standard pulse) at the indoor practice room, and then obtained the certifications related to the IEC 694 and IEC 298 at the department Ing. Electrical universities of Padua and in the Lab ABB SACE.
